1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing drawingsbyjarvis.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, logged-in patrons, and customers who purchase original fine art or retail products.
2. Artwork Authenticity & Ownership
- Original Fine Art: Items listed in the Premium Collection are original, unique pieces. Acquisition transfer occurs only upon verified Razorpay payment receipt.
- Intellectual Property: All drawings, oil canvases, photographs, and website content are intellectual property of Drawings By Jarvis. Purchasing physical works does not grant copyright or commercial reproduction rights.
3. Billing & Transactions
All retail products and premium art acquisitions are invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are secure through Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all acquisitions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Drawings By Jarvis, its founders, and logistic partners are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction delays, printing queue variations by POD facilities, or customs issues during shipping coordinate workflows.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases or use of this platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
