- Contact Information: Phone number, shipping address, and billing details provided during checkout.
- Transactional Data: Order receipts, item SKUs, and payment gateway references (such as Razorpay transaction numbers).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your details are used strictly for service delivery:
- Preparing and fulfilling orders manually by the store owner. Products sourced from Qikink are currently handled manually while automated supplier submissions are disabled.
- Coordinating secure white-glove shipping for original fine art pieces.
- Processing secure transactions on the **Razorpay** platform.
- Retaining a secure history of your past orders on Firestore.
3. Third-Party Integrations
To maintain the integrity of our storefront, we share specific checkout attributes with verified partners:
- Firebase: For secure Google Authentication and Firestore database management.
- Razorpay: Encrypted payment gateway processing. We do not store credit card or bank login details on our servers.
- Shipping providers: The store owner arranges shipping manually and may share the delivery details needed with the selected courier. Automated Qikink and Delhivery fulfillment is not currently active.
4. Security Measures
Security is paramount. We enforce HTTPS protocols end-to-end. Firebase Admin SDK handles order writes through serverless API routes, ensuring no API keys or webhook secrets are exposed to client-side browsers.
